We provide professional advising to offer insight into legal and ethical matters  that pertain to hiring and retaining employees with disabilities. This can include: recruitment, onboarding, workplace accommodations, assistive technology and performance evaluation. We also offer coaching for employees with disabilities to help assist in their transition and adjustment to employment.  

We provide comprehensive assessments that evaluate the strengths and needs of an organization as it pertains to inclusive and equitable outcomes. We do this through surveys, questionnaires and focus groups geared toward helping to improve workplace dynamics.

We build practical job-applicable skills through workshops, seminars and and/or presentation. This typically involves the development of a curriculum and course materials centered around the needs of the employer. 

We address life skills training for young adults with disabilities in areas such as education, job training, money management, transportation, personal care and independent living.

We consult on earning assessment, earning capacity and job readiness in worker’s compensation cases by generating reports on physical rehabilitation, transferrable skills, vocational assessment and workplace accommodations.
